The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council for the first time drafted a report on the implementation of conclusions and recommendations after supervision.

According to the report of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, since the beginning of the term, the supervision activities of the Provincial People's Council have been continuously deployed in all fields.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee and specialized agencies have directed the implementation of a number of conclusions and recommendations after supervision and gradually removed difficulties and obstacles. Thereby improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management at all levels, contributing to the completion of socio-economic development tasks in the locality.

However, through monitoring, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council found that there were still some conclusions and recommendations after supervision by the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Council committees that had not been promptly resolved.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council has clearly stated the conclusions and recommendations after supervision according to 7 groups of contents in the economic - budgetary field and 6 groups of contents in the cultural - social field. (See details in the appendix.)

To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency after supervision, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council proposed that the Provincial People's Council issue a resolution on the implementation of the conclusions and recommendations of the Provincial People's Council. The Provincial People's Committee urges, directs, organizes the implementation and reports the results at the regular meeting at the end of 2024 of the Provincial People's Council.
