On the afternoon of April 24, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed a resolution to adjust the public investment plan, allocating nearly VND 2,920 billion to 15 projects.
At the 21st Session (special session), the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council passed a resolution to adjust and allocate the 5-year local budget public investment plan for 2021-2025 and allocate the 3rd capital plan for 2024 (provincial budget capital).
According to the plan for allocating and adjusting the local budget capital plan for the 5 years 2021-2025, the People's Council of Hai Duong province agreed to allocate nearly 2,920 billion VND to 15 projects that have just been decided on investment policies and adjusted investment policies. Of which, 14 projects are expected to be completed in the period 2021-2025 and 1 project is expected to be completed after 2025 (investment project to build Hai Duong City Ring Road I, section from 62m road to Dai An Industrial Park expansion).
The Hai Duong Provincial People's Council agreed to reduce the capital of the Cam Giang town belt road project and National Highway 38 with Luong Dien - Cam Dien Industrial Park (formerly VSIP). Add 3 new projects expected to be completed in the period of 2021-2025, which are the renovation and repair of the Provincial People's Court headquarters, the Provincial People's Procuracy headquarters, and the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency headquarters.
Regarding the 2024 capital allocation plan (3rd time), the total allocated capital sources are nearly 996 billion VND. The allocation plan is to allocate to the Hai Duong Provincial Farmers Support Fund (5 billion VND) and the Hai Duong Provincial Environmental Protection Fund (nearly 2.6 billion VND); start 8 projects (303 billion VND) and supplement the district-level budget with a target to support investment in projects implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction (57 billion VND).
