Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has approved the zoning plan for Hoang Dieu Industrial Park with a total area of nearly 260 hectares.
At the 26th Session, delegates of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council voted to approve the zoning plan for the construction of Hoang Dieu Industrial Park, Gia Loc District, at a scale of 1/2000.

Hoang Dieu Industrial Park has invested in building synchronous, modern technical infrastructure, with a system of convenient public social works serving workers and laborers in the industrial park.
The trade union facility area is 0.43 hectares wide, including at least 1,000 square meters of cultural and sports facilities serving workers; the service and accommodation area serving workers, laborers, and experts in the industrial park is 4.48 hectares.
Factory and enterprise land is planned into concentrated industrial plots along the intersection axis. The plots have diverse and flexible areas to meet many types of industry.
Hoang Dieu Industrial Park is accessed from National Highway 37 at the junction with Gia Loc Industrial Park and National Highway 37 in the West of the industrial park; the North connects with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway.
