Architectural design competition for mixed-use hotel and apartment complex

The competition aims to concretize the detailed planning for the construction of the Hai Duong Provincial Concentrated Administrative Area and adjust the general planning of Hai Duong City until 2040 approved by the Prime Minister. Construction of 2 hotel subdivisions with a scale of 26 floors and 2 basements; mixed-use apartments with a scale of 25 floors and 2 basements.

After completion, this will be a place for commercial and service activities and a place to live to serve the needs of people in the city and surrounding areas. The project will be a highlight of the landscape of the urban center, meeting the development needs and improving the efficiency of land use in Hai Duong City.

The competition is for domestic and foreign organizations and individuals practicing architectural design consulting who meet the company's requirements.

Registration and application submission time is from December 10, 2024 to 4:30 p.m. January 15, 2025. Applications are sent to Van Xuan Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company (No. 12 Nhu Dinh Hien Street, Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Duong City). Exam results will be approved on January 21, 2025.

The total prize value is 100 million VND, of which the first prize is 50 million VND, the second prize is 30 million VND, and the third prize is 20 million VND.

The project of Hotel and mixed-use apartment building in the concentrated administrative area of ​​the province was approved by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province in May 2023. The construction area is nearly 4,000 m², construction floor area of ​​nearly 60,000 m²and ancillary items.

The total investment of the project is expected to be over 1,800 billion VND. Van Xuan Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company has been assigned land to implement the above project.
