A 26-year-old man from Cam Hung commune (Cam Giang) was riding a motorbike when he crashed into the back of a tractor trailer that was stopped on Highway 5, resulting in his death.

At 7:00 p.m. on March 27, at km 43 of National Highway 5, in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang) on the Hai Phong - Hanoi route, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, born in 1997, from Cam Hung commune, was riding a motorbike 89B1-182.98 and collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer 15C-105.02 pulling a trailer 15R-042.31 driven by Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, born in 1988, from Xuan Chinh commune, Kim Son district (Ninh Binh) which was stopped in a mixed lane for motorbikes and rudimentary vehicles.
As a result, Mr. Hai died at the scene and his motorbike was damaged.
