Transferring comrade Luong Van Nhat, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Viet Hoa ward to work at the Nguyen Trai ward Party Committee, appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Party Secretary of Nguyen Trai ward, term 2020 - 2025.

Transferring comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tu Minh Ward to work at the Quang Trung Ward Party Committee, appointing her to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Trung Ward Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to agree to let comrade Nguyen Dinh Hong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Trung Ward, resign from the position of Party Secretary of Quang Trung Ward for the 2020-2025 term according to his personal wishes, from November 15, 2024.

Transfer comrade Vu Thuy Lan, Deputy Secretary of Quang Trung Ward Party Committee to work at Tran Phu Ward Party Committee, appoint her to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Tran Phu Ward Party Committee.

Assign comrade Dinh Van Thuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Viet Hoa Ward to receive the handover and be in charge of operating the Party Committee of Viet Hoa Ward from November 15, 2024 until the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Viet Hoa Ward is completed according to regulations.
