Thanh Mien district is currently the locality with the most land accumulation models in the province. The whole district has 65 land accumulation models in the communes of Pham Kha, Ngo Quyen, Ngu Hung, Hong Quang, Doan Ket... with a total area of over 658 hectares. Of which, 10 accumulation models have an area of 20 hectares or more, the remaining models are from 1 to under 20 hectares. The land accumulation model of Mr. Tran Xuan Ai's household in Tieu Lam village, Ngu Hung commune is the largest, covering over 52 hectares.
Land accumulation models yield profits of 50 - 100 million VND/ha/year, 2 - 3 times higher than fragmented production.
