Gifts for workers in difficulty

On the occasion of Workers' Month, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich and representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

On the morning of May 4, Comrade Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council of Hai Duong province, and representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation visited and presented 21 gifts (each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and gifts worth 300,000 VND) to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances at Shints BVT Co., Ltd. (Hai Duong City), SSV Export Garment Company (Gia Loc).

At the gift-giving ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, encouraged workers at the two enterprises to try to overcome difficulties and trust the trade union organization. Workers continue to unite, share with enterprises, compete in production and work effectively. Business owners, company trade unions and higher-level trade unions actively care more about workers' lives, have timely incentives and incentives, and encourage workers to be creative. Thereby creating a friendly working environment, helping workers to stay with the enterprise longer. The Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council also encouraged workers and business owners to contribute ideas on building the trade union movement, trade union organizations and issues directly related to workers to prepare for the dialogue between provincial leaders and workers scheduled to be held on May 8.

This is an activity in response to Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month 2023.
