Will handle the "golden" land on Nguyen Luong Bang street

This land is more than 4,600 m2 wide.²on Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Thanh Binh Ward (Hai Duong City), was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to the Information Technology Science Center to build the headquarters and experimental workshop in 2002. This center leveled the ground, built a surrounding wall, and a guard house with an area of ​​25.4 m²and a house foundation with an area of ​​over 800 m²At the same time, the Viet Duc High-Tech Vocational College built a level 4 house with an area of ​​over 310 m2.²The remaining area is left unused.

In 2019, the Provincial People's Committee reclaimed the above land and handed it over to the Land Fund Development Center (Department of Natural Resources and Environment) for management. Hai Duong City is responsible for inventorying the value of assets and investment costs on land of the investor, and submitting it to the competent authority for settlement according to regulations.

At the end of 2019, Thanh Khanh Construction and Trading One Member Co., Ltd. proposed an investment policy for a commercial and service business project, leasing premises, technical infrastructure and building a hotel on the above land. According to the Department of Planning and Investment, the project that the enterprise requested an investment policy for is not suitable because the proposed investment location when implemented according to the planning will have to auction land use rights.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban requested that the old problems must be completely resolved before considering new investment project proposals. At the same time, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment was assigned to preside over and evaluate the effectiveness of land use and the responsibility of the old investor.

Hai Duong City People's Committee coordinates with the Departments of Finance and Construction to determine the value of the investor's investment. From there, advise on the plan to auction land use rights. No later than November 30, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment must report to the Provincial People's Committee on the plan to resolve and handle the above land, ensuring appropriate and effective land use.
