According to the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, the project to renovate and upgrade Road 391 through Tu Ky district is expected to be completed in November 2024.
Currently, the contractor is organizing 5 construction teams to construct items of the project at the same time. The unit has basically completed the drainage system, 2/3 of the road foundation volume, and is implementing asphalt concrete construction.
The investment project to upgrade provincial road 391 through Tu Ky district (section from km24+600 to km28+400) connects with the bypass of provincial road 391 with national highway 10 with a length of 3.8 km. The total investment is over 257.7 billion VND. The route is renovated and upgraded to the scale of a grade III plain road with 4 lanes, a 15.5 m wide road surface, high-grade A1 asphalt concrete road surface, and a design speed of 80 km/h.
Last April, the People's Council of Hai Duong province decided to adjust the investment policy of the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 391 from km24+600-km28+400. Accordingly, the renovate and upgrade section of provincial road 391 was adjusted from km24+600-km28+400 to km24+600-km29+325, an increase of 0.925 km compared to before.
