On April 22, Mr. Truong Dinh Vuong in Dinh Dao village, Doan Thuong commune (Gia Loc, Hai Duong) built a temporary shelter of more than 100 square meters on a 240 square meter concrete foundation, adjacent to Dinh Dao canal.
Previously, Mr. Vuong had poured concrete in an 80 m2 yard in front of his house, poured concrete on two areas of 240 m2 and 120 m2, both of which were outside the scope of land use rights; built a steel frame house and built temporary shelters on these concrete foundations. This is an act of encroachment and illegal use of land as stipulated in Article 8 of the Law on Water Resources.
Propose Gia Loc District People's Committee to direct competent authorities to thoroughly handle the above violations.
