Mr. Vong's actions violated Article 8 of the Law on Irrigation. The Xe-An Tho Bridge Construction Management Station has drawn up a record of the violation and requested the People's Committee of Doan Thuong Commune to handle and clear the site.

Previously, on January 16, the Neo-My Dong Construction Management Station (Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited) also inspected, discovered, and made a record of violations against Mr. Nguyen Van Ha in Tu O village, Tan Trao commune (Thanh Mien) for arbitrarily building a bank and digging a 750 m2 pond within the protection area of ​​the irrigation works on the left bank of Tay Ke Sat canal.
