Without a single day of learning about machinery and car manufacturing, Sang and his group of friends can still "create" expensive supercars from famous brands around the world.
"Blind" about car design
Early in the morning, Vu Duc Sang was busy going to the center of Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh to buy materials such as steel pipes and electric wires to start making "fake" supercars that look no different from the genuine version.
At the age of 26, this guy did not think that he and his group of friends would have such an interesting journey when creating viral content to the whole world about vehicles.
Recalling the time more than 8 years ago, Sang was now a student at Yen Hung High School with a good academic record. In his free time after school, Sang often watched videos about car reviews and cuisine, and his passion for 4.0 was kindled from here.
After finishing high school, Sang did not go to college or university but started creating content on social media platforms. At that time, Sang and his group of friends deployed a lot of content about life but it did not attract attention.
Coincidentally, one day in early 2019, Sang and his friends Vu Van Nam, Vu The Anh, Vu Van Loi and Do Trung Nguyen took out their bicycle and made a large-displacement motorcycle cover out of cardboard.
Posted on social networks, the video unexpectedly attracted many viewers and created an interesting phenomenon.
Following the initial success, Sang's team started making a car model with an iron frame, a cardboard shell and a bicycle drive system, which the group jokingly called a rice-powered engine. The entire process was filmed and posted on Youtube. Car enthusiasts had another interesting video to watch and appreciate.
"Realizing this was a turning point, the group decided to develop car models. But to be special, it had to be models of expensive supercars that the whole world was craving. At that time, the group collected a few million and worked together. The budget was limited, so they made the best use of whatever they could. Even tires had to be begged...", Sang recalled.
So Nhet TV was born, the name was taken from Sang's younger brother's nickname. The special thing is that the group is about cars but none of the members at that time had knowledge about 4-wheeled vehicles.
At first, the group focused on watching clips of famous brands showing the steps to make a supercar. When they were confident enough, Sang and the group started working.
"Super car" rolls out at the village workshop
The most recent buzz is the Pagani Huayra "super car" handcrafted by Sang's team, 1:1 ratio compared to the supercar known as the god of wind.
The group decided to buy a 30-year-old Daewoo car for 10 million to "disassemble" it. However, only the engine could be used, the body and frame had to be discarded.
To create the body, the team used clay to create a mold, plaster to create a mold, and cast a composite mold combined with fiberglass.
The lights and gull-wing doors were also meticulously completed by the team, just like the real car from the manufacturer.

"This is the most difficult project ever because this car model has very sophisticated lines on both the exterior and interior. There is no real car to measure, so the shaping takes the most time. To complete, the team had to invest about 300 million and nearly 2 years for this car," Sang said.
Previously, Sang's group also introduced famous "supercar" models such as Bugatti Chiron and Ferrari LaFerrari, causing a stir on social networks.
The most successful one to date is the video introducing the Bugatti Chiron "super car" on Nhet TV channel with over 40 million views.
Many foreigners have watched and left comments of surprise and admiration when the group of young people were able to create a supercar that many people dream of.
Even the Supercar Blondie video production channel with millions of followers has also posted a lot of content about Nhết TV products.
According to the leader of Nhết TV, many people and units have wanted to buy these "super cars" at a price higher than the cost, but the group has no intention of selling.
Sang shared that the group is currently starting to make a Ford Mustang model from an old Toyota Crown, expected to be completed by the middle of this year.
