In recent days, Vietnamese embassies and the Vietnamese community in European countries have continued to respond to the donation movement to support compatriots in the country to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
On September 20, the Vietnamese Embassy in Slovakia symbolically received 17,095 euros donated by the Vietnamese community in Slovakia to support compatriots in the country affected by the recent storm No. 3.
This is the amount of money the Vietnamese Association in Slovakia has raised in the community after more than a week of responding to the call of General Secretary and President To Lam, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son.
This amount of money was transferred by the Vietnamese Association in Slovakia to the Vietnam Fatherland Front with the desire to help the victims of storm No. 3 stabilize their lives soon.

Representatives of associations have directly visited Vietnamese stalls in shopping malls, while fellow countrymen associations and other community organizations of Vietnamese people in Poland have also used many forms of donations.
In the Czech Republic, the Vietnamese Embassy, the Union of Vietnamese Associations in Europe and the Vietnamese Association in the Czech Republic launched a fundraising campaign on September 10.
Up to now, through 3 fundraising rounds, the Vietnamese community has raised 3.3 billion VND and transferred it to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front.
