On the morning of March 25, at Lai Vu Secondary School (Kim Thanh), the Provincial Youth Union and the Hai Duong Provincial Pioneer Council jointly organized the "Step Up to the Union" Festival and launched an emulation campaign to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).
Participating in the festival, students of Lai Vu Secondary School participated in activities under the theme "Step forward to the Union", exchanging and answering questions about the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers, Uncle Ho, the historic Dien Bien Phu victory, General Vo Nguyen Giap, etc.
Students also participated in ensemble performances and played some folk games such as jumping rope, tug of war, etc.
These activities aim to educate traditions and foster revolutionary ideals so that team members can actively study, practice and cultivate themselves, striving to become members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
At the program, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union presented Lai Vu Secondary School with a map of Vietnam in response to the campaign "Proud of a strip of land and rivers".
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 15 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to students in difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies and actively participated in Youth Union and Pioneer activities.
This is an activity to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and launch an emulation campaign to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).
