Awarding scholarships "Lighting up Thanh Dong children's dreams" to poor students who overcome difficulties and study well

On March 22 and 23, the Hai Duong City Youth Union organized the "Healthy Children - Stepping Up to the Union" Festival and awarded scholarships "Lighting up the dreams of Thanh Dong children" at Hai Tan Primary School and Ngo Gia Tu Secondary School.

Honoring 3 outstanding students in the movement "Children of a Thousand Good Deeds"

Nearly 3,000 students learned about the traditions of the Youth Union and the Young Pioneers through the question-and-answer session; and the folk dance performance “Hai Duong Youth – Shining Faith”. They also participated in cultural and artistic activities and folk games, creating a lively and exciting atmosphere.

Awarding Youth Union badges to new members

The "Healthy Children" and "Step Up to the Youth Union" festivals contribute to improving the skills, expertise, quality and effectiveness of the Youth Union's activities and the children's movement in the Youth Unions, affirming the position and role of the Youth Union in educating the future generations of the country. The activities aim to educate traditions and foster revolutionary ideals so that the members can actively study, practice and cultivate themselves, striving to become members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Exciting folk dance performance

On this occasion, Hai Duong Youth Union awarded 20 scholarships "Lighting up the dreams of Thanh Dong children" (each worth 300,000 VND) to poor students who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies at 2 schools. It also honored 3 outstanding students in the "Thousand good deeds of children" movement and awarded Youth Union badges to 15 members of Ngo Gia Tu Secondary School.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the 82nd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team and Youth Month 2023.
