Delegates discussed and gave opinions on the report on the performance results of the Club of Women National Assembly Deputies, Provincial People's Councils and Women Leaders of District People's Councils in 2022 and the 2023 action plan.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the meeting.
On the afternoon of December 7, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Women's Union, the Australian People's Organization for Overseas Health, Education and Development in Vietnam (APHEDA Vietnam), and Irish Aid jointly organized activities for the Women's National Assembly and People's Council Club of Hai Duong province.
At the meeting, many female National Assembly and Provincial People's Council deputies were informed by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ky, former Director of the Center for Training Elected Deputies (National Assembly Deputies Working Committee) about the 15-year implementation of the Law on Gender Equality and issues arising during the implementation process.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Ky, former Director of the Center for Training Elected Representatives (National Assembly Delegation Work Committee) conveyed many contents on gender equality work.
