The first beverage mixing class for the deaf in Hai Duong

At the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Hai Duong City, the first beverage mixing course for the hearing impaired is taking place.

The course attracted 16 students to learn how to mix nearly 100 different drinks.

The course started on December 2, attracting 16 deaf students from Hai Duong and Hung Yen. This is also the first beverage mixing class for deaf people in Hai Duong. Students are fully supported with tuition fees.

After graduation, students will have bartending skills.

Students are taught professional mixing techniques for nearly 100 types of drinks from traditional to modern such as coffee, cocoa, tea, smoothies, yogurt...

After graduation, students can work in restaurants or start their own business. The Institute for Research and Support of Vocational Education (Reach) will monitor and support job placement for 3 months after graduation.

The course ended on December 28, co-organized by the Institute for Vocational Education Research and Support, the Provincial Association of People with Disabilities, and the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Hai Duong City.
