On November 5, Chi Linh City Police arrested Bui Huu Thang, born in 1983, residing in Loi Dong residential area, Cong Hoa ward (Chi Linh city) to investigate the act of illegal drug trafficking.

Before that, in just 5 hours, Thang sold drugs to 3 addicts. Specifically, at 9:00 a.m., Thang sold drugs to Nguyen Van Dung, born in 1983, residing at residential area 5 Thach Thuy, Pha Lai ward (Chi Linh city) at his home. After Dung bought the drugs, he was arrested by the Chi Linh city police on his way home.

About an hour later, Chu Dinh Bien, born in 1971, residing in Nguyen Trai 2 residential area, Sao Do ward (Chi Linh city) came to Thang's house to buy 200,000 VND worth of drugs. Bien was arrested on his way home.

At 2:00 p.m. the same day, Nguyen Trung Hai, born in 1996, residing in Trung Tam residential area, Ben Tam ward (Chi Linh city) also went to Thang's house to buy drugs and was also arrested when leaving.

Quickly investigating the subjects and from the collected documents and evidence, the Chi Linh City Police Investigation Agency urgently searched Bui Huu Thang's residence.

Police discovered a hole about 16cm deep under the floor in the bedroom.² . When checked, there were some foil packages, plastic straws, nylon bags containing white powder and white crystals. Bui Huu Thang confessed that the seized evidence was drugs.
