This is an important step in preparing personnel for the upcoming 19th Hai Duong Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2028 term.
On the afternoon of September 27, the Executive Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Federation of Labor held the 17th Conference to elect two additional Vice Presidents for two comrades: Nguyen Van Quyet, Chief of Office, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor and Ngo Thi Hong Loan, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee. The above comrades were elected as Vice Presidents of the 18th Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2018-2023 term with an absolute number of votes.
Previously, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation unanimously elected comrade Ngo Thi Hong Loan to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation according to the Resolution of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Comrade Nguyen Van Quyet (born in 1977, from Chi Linh), has a master's degree in accounting and advanced political theory. From 2000-2008, he worked in Dien Bien province. From 2008-2011, he worked as a specialist, Permanent Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Chi Linh Town Labor Federation. From 2013 to present, Comrade Quyet has worked at the Provincial Labor Federation, holding many different positions.
Comrade Ngo Thi Hong Loan (born in 1972, from Hung Yen), has a master's degree in business administration and advanced political theory. From 2000-2003, Comrade Ngo Thi Hong Loan worked at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. From 2003 to present, she has worked at the Provincial Party Committee Office, holding the position of Head of the Administration Department; in 2014, she was appointed as Deputy Chief of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Office.
Thus, Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation currently has 1 President, comrade Ngo Thi Thanh Hoa, and 3 Vice Presidents: Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, Ngo Thi Hong Loan and Nguyen Van Quyet.
