DVL Joint Stock Auction Company – Lao Cai Branch (DVL Company) will organize an auction of the right to use 71 land plots, which are assets of the Bao Yen District Land Fund Development Center, on the afternoon of December 22.

In Lao Cai city, On the morning of December 23, DVL Company will organize an auction of the right to use 32 land plots, which are assets of the Lao Cai Province Financial Services and Consulting Center.

32 plots of land are urban residential land with long-term use. The plots of land are located in Hong Giang village and Son Man village, Van Hoa commune.

The land plots range in area from 317.8 to 541.5 m2. Starting price is 10 to 11 million VND/m2; equivalent to more than 3.1 billion to nearly 6 billion VND/plot.
