In December, 154 plots of land in Tien Lu and Phu Cu districts, Hung Yen province will be auctioned for land use rights. The highest starting price is 17.4 million VND/m2.
OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction of the right to use 40 plots of land for people to build houses in Trung Dung commune, Tien Lu district on the morning of December 29.
The area of the auctioned land lots ranges from 97.5-129.8 m2. Unit price ranges from 8.3-11.4 million VND/m2; starting price ranges from over 800 million VND to over 1.4 billion VND/lot.
Auction participants must deposit in advance an amount from over 161 million to over 295 million VND/ticket, on December 25 and 26.
The auction is expected to be held at the Trung Dung Commune People's Committee Hall. The auction will be conducted by direct voting at the auction, secret ballot in one round and the results will be made public. The bidding method is ascending.
In Phu Cu district, on the morning of December 23, OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company will also organize an auction of 47 land plots, which are assets of the People's Committee of Phan Sao Nam commune.
The land plots range in area from 85.5 to 160.4 m2. Unit price ranges from 8.5 to 17.4 million VND/m2; starting price ranges from 850 million VND to over 2.7 billion VND/plot.
Auction participants deposit an amount equivalent to 20% of the starting price of each plot of land. Auction method is by direct voting in 1 round at the auction, open results publicly; method of bidding up.
The auction is expected to take place at the hall of Phan Sao Nam Commune People's Committee.
Also in Phu Cu district, on the morning of December 24, Dai Duong Long Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction of 67 land plots for people to build houses in zone 6, Tong Phan commune.
The land area ranges from 94.6-232.8 m2. Starting price is from 11-16.8 million VND/m2; equivalent to over 1.1 billion to over 3 billion VND/lot.
The auction will take place at the Phu Cu District Cultural and Broadcasting Center. The auction will be conducted by direct secret ballot in one round, with the results announced publicly at the auction using the ascending price method for each plot of land.
