This is the goal set by Kinh Mon Town People's Committee at the conference to deploy the task of completing the goal of activating electronic identification accounts held on the morning of May 31.

This goal ensures progress according to the implementation plan of the Project on Application of Population Data, Electronic Identification and Authentication to Serve National Digital Transformation, 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030 in the province (Project 06) assigned by the province.

Kinh Mon town has 113,391 registered accounts but only 70,711 accounts have been activated. Kinh Mon town People's Committee will focus on activating all electronic identification accounts at both level 1 and level 2.

To achieve the above goal, the town focuses on disseminating and instructing people to install, activate and use electronic identification accounts on the VNeID application. Departments and offices resolutely direct the implementation, ensuring that 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers under their management activate level 2 accounts. The Department of Education and Training is the leading unit, implementing at all levels of education. In addition to all cadres and teachers activating level 2 electronic identification accounts, it is necessary to instruct students aged 14 and over who have received electronic identification accounts to activate their accounts. The town police arrange mobile reception points to receive level 2 electronic identification accounts in communes and wards.
