Check the implementation of the Human Resource Development Project

The delegation will conduct a field survey at Hai Duong Vocational College to evaluate the implementation of training occupations in accordance with the province's human resource development program and project.

From August 17 to 31, the Steering Committee for the Project "Developing human resources to meet production and business requirements, contributing to building Hai Duong into a modern industrial province by 2030" (referred to as the Human Resources Development Project) inspected the implementation of the project in the two districts of Cam Giang and Kim Thanh and conducted direct surveys at two vocational training institutions and two enterprises of the province.

At enterprises, the delegation will check the number, income level, seniority of workers, evaluate the rate of trained workers and the connection with training institutions in human resource supply. Vocational training institutions will be inspected on training professions, enrollment results and connection with enterprises in vocational training. In localities, the delegation will inspect more closely the indicators related to human resource development such as: unemployment rate, labor structure, vocational training needs, development of artisans, construction of social housing for workers, etc.
