The People's Committee of Cam Giang district (Hai Duong) has implemented the planning of a new residential area north of National Highway 5 in Cam Dien commune, covering over 8 hectares.
The new residential area north of National Highway 5 in Cam Dien Commune is over 8 hectares wide and is located in Mau Tai Village, with a population of 1,000 people. In terms of land use structure, adjacent residential land accounts for 24.4%; internal traffic land and parking lots 40.3%; public land and technical infrastructure 16.3%; traffic corridor land and National Highway 5 service roads 10.5%; land for trees and flower gardens 8.8%.
The north borders the current residential area of Mau Tai village and the residential service area of Cam Dien commune, the south borders the National Highway 5 corridor, the east borders the current residential area of Mau Tai village and the west borders the road to the residential service area of Cam Dien commune.
This new residential project is expected to start construction in late 2024 and is expected to be completed in 2026.
