Overcoming the shortcomings of the old land price list, preparing to build a new price list close to the market

Speaking at the 24th session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council on the morning of August 12, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, pointed out the shortcomings of the old land price list, necessary amendments and supplements, and directed to focus on building a new land price list of the province close to market prices, in accordance with the provisions of the 2024 Land Law in the coming time.
