134 plots of land in Phu Cu, Kim Dong and Yen My districts, Hung Yen province will be auctioned for land use rights next April. The lowest starting price is from 1 billion VND/plot.
In Phu Cu district, 52 plots of land for people to build houses in Tong Phan commune will be auctioned by OCD An Thuan Phat Joint Stock Auction Company on the afternoon of April 7.
The auctioned land plots are the property of the People's Committee of Tong Phan Commune. The land plots range in area from 88.2 to 166.9 m2. The unit price ranges from 10 to 16.2 million VND/m2; equivalent to 1 billion VND to nearly 2 billion VND/plot.
The deadline for submitting applications to participate in the auction is April 4. Participants must pay in advance an amount from over 204 million to over 384 million VND/lot, on April 3, 4 and 5.
Auction form by direct voting at the auction, with 1 round and open public results; ascending bidding method. The auction will take place at the hall of Tong Phan Commune People's Committee.
In Yen My district, Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company will auction 46 land plots, which are assets of the People's Committee of Yen Hoa commune, on the morning of April 7.
Accordingly, the auctioned land lots are located in Khoa Nhu 2 village, Yen Hoa commune, Yen My district. The land lots have areas ranging from 82.1 to 158.02 m2.
Unit price from 16-29 million VND/m2; equivalent to more than 1.6 billion to over 4.3 billion VND/lot. The total starting price of 46 lots is more than 122.8 billion VND.
The deadline for receiving auction applications is 5:00 p.m. on April 4. Bidders must deposit 20% of the starting price for each plot of land from April 3-5.
