Coach Shin Tae-yong shocks before rematch with Vietnam team at My Dinh

Coach Shin Tae-yong has decided to urgently call up goalkeeper Ernando Ari to the Indonesian National Team.

Five days after the victory at Bung Karno, the Indonesian team will have a rematch against the Vietnamese team at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi).

This match is the fourth match of Group F, Second Qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup in Asia 2026 - an important match for both teams in the race for tickets to the next round.

Right before the match, Coach Shin Tae-yong decided to urgently call up goalkeeper Ernando Ari to the Indonesian team because two other goalkeepers, Nadeo and Rhyadi, were sick.

According to CNN Indonesia, Persebaya Surabaya, the goalkeeper's home team, received the summons early in the morning of March 23 and asked him to fly to Hanoi that same afternoon.
