In addition to the above-mentioned front details, the 2024 HR-V has new LED taillights in a 2-layer form, connecting the two sides, looking quite modern. Details such as bumpers, fenders, and side decorations are painted black.
The rest of the exterior remains largely unchanged from its predecessor. The 2024 HR-V rides on standard 16-inch 5-spoke wheels, increasing to 18 inches on the highest version.

The cabin of the Honda HR-V 2024 still has familiar equipment such as: leather-wrapped steering wheel, integrated function buttons; paddle shifters simulate levels; display clock including 2 traditional analog clocks combined with a 7-inch TFT screen; 8-inch touch entertainment screen supporting Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity.

In terms of safety, the 2024 Honda HR-V has an upgraded Honda Sensing technology package. Notable new features include: Traffic Jam Assist system to support steering at low speeds; Collision avoidance throttle control system to help avoid accidentally pressing the accelerator causing the car to accelerate suddenly. In addition, Honda also integrates the Honda Connect system that allows users to turn on/off the air conditioner, close/open the trunk door and find the car's location remotely.
In Vietnam, Honda HR-V is one of the most popular B-size SUVs. The car has 3 versions: G, L and RS with prices ranging from 699-871 million VND.
In the first 5 months of 2024, the HR-V sold a total of 2,197 units, ranking 3rd in the B-size SUV segment after the Toyota Yaris Cross and Mitsubishi Xforce. However, this number was largely thanks to the company's continuous 50% registration fee incentive for this model since the beginning of the year.

Honda HR-V version currently on sale in Vietnam |
However, in the face of rising rivals in the competitive B-size SUV segment, the HR-V has not been able to maintain its form recently. In April and May, the Honda model sold only 248 and 107 units, respectively, ranking at the bottom of the sales rankings in the segment.
Bringing the new version of HR-V to the country could be a solution to revive sales of this model in the second half of 2024. Previously, at the end of 2023, Honda revealed that it would provide a number of hybrid models in the Vietnamese market in the future and most likely the first name will be the HR-V 2024.
