Concluding the conference, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society Huynh Thi Xuan Lam suggested that the provincial Red Cross Societies should focus on implementing the Resolution of the 11th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Red Cross Society according to the set targets. Strengthening advisory work with Party committees and authorities to effectively implement the coordination mechanism. Strengthening communication of effective operating models with the aim of propagating humanitarian values ​​associated with resource mobilization to all classes of people; strengthening volunteer development work, building the quality of members. In the last 6 months of the year, the provincial Red Cross Societies need to focus on mobilizing resources for the "Humanitarian Tet" program in 2024.

In the first six months of the year, Emulation Cluster No. 2 of the Red River Delta provinces supported 473,798 people, with a total value of more than 226 billion VND. All levels of the association mobilized and cared for over 273,000 people in difficult circumstances, the poor, Agent Orange victims, and policy families in the "Humanitarian Tet" movement in 2023. In the "Humanitarian Month" in 2023, Emulation Cluster No. 2 assisted more than 53,000 people with a total value of more than 42 billion VND through many forms. The provincial Red Cross Societies mobilized more than 64,000 units of blood, reaching and exceeding the target assigned by the National Steering Committee. Responding to the call to support the people of Türkiye and Syria to overcome the earthquake disaster, the Red Cross Societies at all levels in the cluster mobilized more than 2 billion VND in support.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Red Cross Associations actively mobilized resources to effectively implement movements, programs and campaigns such as "Good people, good deeds - Joining hands to build a compassionate community", "Each organization, each individual is associated with a humanitarian address", "Nutrition for poor and disabled children". Continue to organize well voluntary blood donation communication campaigns, implement public health care activities, establish and maintain Red Cross first aid points, implement the 2023 disaster prevention and response plan with contents such as training and propaganda on disaster prevention in localities, coordinate relief organizations when natural disasters occur.
