With a well-prepared, novel, and uniform performance, the team of Ho Chi Minh Primary School (Chi Linh City) won first prize in the flashmob final night.
On the evening of November 23, the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union organized the final flashmob performance with the theme "Healthy and happy, lighting up passion with Hai Duong children" at the Provincial Children's House.
Deployed since September 2024, after the preliminary round from the Youth Union Council of districts, towns and cities, 11 excellent teams were selected to enter the provincial final round. 360 children from 11 teams, representing more than 123,000 primary school students of Hai Duong, brought many attractive performances to the final night.
At the final night, the teams went through 2 mandatory and optional rounds. In the mandatory round, the Organizing Committee sent 3 songs (Vietnam I Love, Scarf lighting the dawn, City raising wings of dreams), along with video clips showing sample movements. Each team chose 1 of these 3 songs to practice and participate in the round.
In the optional part, the teams chose their own songs, staged and choreographed them, following the theme of the program. There were many creative performances, expressing love for the homeland and the aspirations of youth such as: Soul of the sacred land of Vietnam, Southern mountains and rivers, Walking in the brilliant sky, Trang Ti, Pride of Hai Duong… were performed in this part.
According to the judges, the performances in the final night created a colorful, vibrant, youthful, and artistic picture. Each team had its own unique style, new staging, changing the lineup to match the music, and being in sync, with many skillful performances and beautiful costumes.
As a result, with the performance “The scarf lights up the dawn” and the medley “Our village rice grains - Distant stars - Southern land” which were elaborately and uniquely staged, the team of Ho Chi Minh Primary School (Chi Linh City) won first prize in the competition.
Second prize went to Binh Han Primary School (Hai Duong City) and Duy Tan Primary School (Kinh Mon Town). The organizing committee also awarded 3 third prizes and 4 consolation prizes to the remaining teams participating in the performance.
The program creates a cultural exchange environment connecting children, improving physical health, creating joy and passion for ensemble dancing and discovering, training and nurturing the talents of children and teenagers.
