Complete the dossier to adjust district-level land use planning no later than January 26.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment has just requested the District People's Committee to urgently complete the dossier to adjust the land use planning until 2030 at the district level to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.

In particular, the district level focuses on reviewing and fully updating the list of projects and works that have completed procedures for land recovery, land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion, and land use rights auction from January 1, 2021 to the end of December 2023 in the dossier for adjusting the land use planning to 2030 at the district level. Fully update the list of projects and works established in the 2024 land use plan at the district level; projects and works allocated by higher levels, the district level determines the period 2021-2030, and implements in stages 2021-2025 and 2026-2030. The district level needs to update projects and works in the provincial planning for the period 2021-2030 according to the district-level administrative unit. Synthesize and balance the land use targets of all types to ensure the correct land use targets allocated by the province in the area according to the provincial planning approved by the Prime Minister.

Time to complete the dossier to adjust the land use planning to 2030 at district level is no later than January 26, 2024.
