On September 13, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province decided to adjust 5 factory and warehouse land lots and the land lot for the construction of the International Hospital in the Dai An Industrial Park expansion, phase 1.
According to the decision approving the local adjustment (second time) of the construction planning of Dai An Industrial Park expansion - phase 1 (scale 1/2000), the land use indicators in 3 factory and warehouse lots will be locally adjusted, reducing the area of one lot from 6 hectares to 4 hectares, increasing the area of one lot from 3.7 hectares to 5.722 hectares. Increasing the construction density of 3 lots from 60% to 70%, the maximum height is 5 floors, the maximum building height is 40 m.
The Provincial People's Committee decided to adjust the land use function of the land plot for the construction of the International Hospital into land for the service center and exhibition area of the industrial park.
According to the Department of Construction, the adjustment is necessary to comply with the basis for local adjustment without planning according to the provisions of the Construction Law; in accordance with the requirements, conclusions and recommendations of the Government Inspectorate.
