According to the request of the Provincial People's Committee, during the implementation of the rearrangement, the number of deputy heads of the merged center can be higher than the regulation of a maximum of 2 comrades, but when a deputy retires or is transferred to another job, it cannot be supplemented.
Within a maximum of 3 years from 2025, there must be a solution to transfer and rearrange the number of deputies. In case of transfer to a lower position, the position allowance will be reserved until the end of the appointment term.
