Completing the merger of cultural, information, sports and radio centers in Hai Duong

On the morning of December 31, the People's Committee of Ninh Giang district held a conference to announce the decision to merge the Radio Station and the District Culture - Information - Sports Center to establish the District Culture, Sports and Communications Center.

Thus, all 12 districts, towns and cities in Hai Duong province have announced the establishment of district-level cultural, sports and communication centers, ensuring they will be put into operation no later than January 1, 2025 as required by the Provincial People's Committee.

Localities all appointed the leader of the radio station or the district-level cultural - information - sports center as the leader of the new agency.

The Cultural, Sports and Communication Center of Kinh Mon town and Chi Linh city, Ninh Giang district has only a deputy director in charge, and has not yet appointed a director.

Currently, the Center for Culture, Sports and Communication of Ninh Giang district and Chi Linh city has a maximum of 6 deputy directors.

According to the request of the Provincial People's Committee, during the implementation of the rearrangement, the number of deputy heads of the merged center can be higher than the regulation of a maximum of 2 comrades, but when a deputy retires or is transferred to another job, it cannot be supplemented.

Within a maximum of 3 years from 2025, there must be a solution to transfer and rearrange the number of deputies. In case of transfer to a lower position, the position allowance will be reserved until the end of the appointment term.
