Ms. Tieu Thi Non in Tuan Viet commune (Kim Thanh) received 60 VND from the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs to build a house of gratitude.
On December 26, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs presented 60 million VND to support the construction of a house of gratitude for Ms. Tieu Thi Non (born in 1966), the daughter of a martyr in Xuan Mang village, Tuan Viet commune (Kim Thanh). This amount is taken from the socialized funding source of the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs, the source of the 2024 gratitude message.
Mrs. Non is the daughter of martyr Tieu Van Hang, who died in 1968 on the southern front while participating in the resistance war against the US to save the country. For many years, Mrs. Non’s family lived in a dilapidated level 4 house. Storm No. 3 caused part of the house to collapse.
The Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Hai Duong province has asked the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs to help fund Ms. Non to build a house of gratitude.
In 2024, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs also supported 60 million VND to build a house of gratitude for the family of Mrs. Pham Thi Ve, the wife of a martyr, and gave a savings book of 5 million VND to Mrs. Pham Thi Tai, the mother of a martyr (same commune Kim Tan, Kim Thanh).
