The support budget is not more than 500 million VND for each facility. This is a policy to support the development of concentrated agricultural production applying high technology and organic agriculture until 2025 in Hai Duong, which has just been issued by the Provincial People's Council.
To receive support, the subjects (enterprises, organizations, individuals investing in agricultural activities) must ensure conditions such as producing hydroponic vegetables, aeroponics, melons, pineapples, seedlings... in greenhouses with a minimum scale of 3,000 m2. Livestock facilities with a minimum scale must meet one of the following conditions: 100 sows and boars; 1,000 pigs for meat or a mixed farm of 500 sows and pigs for meat; 3,000 breeding poultry or 5,000 commercial poultry; 100 breeding buffaloes or cows or 200 buffaloes or cows for meat or more. Concentrated aquaculture production areas must have a scale of 5 hectares or more, facilities for raising river fish in ponds or breeding facilities.
