In addition to 10,000 domestic chickens, farmers in Tu Ky and Ninh Giang districts (Hai Duong) were also supported with many materials to restore their flocks after storm No. 3.
On the afternoon of November 7, the Department of Animal Husbandry (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development) and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development presented 10,000 CP chickens, 2.5 tons of animal feed, 96 liters of disinfectant water and 48 kg of barn yeast to 20 households in Tu Ky and Ninh Giang districts.
All of the above chickens and supplies were provided by CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company to support households to overcome damage and restore production after storm No. 3.
Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Pham Thi Dao, on behalf of the households receiving support, sincerely thanked the affection and attention of the Department of Animal Husbandry and CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company. She hoped that the company would continue to accompany and share new knowledge in caring for and preventing diseases for livestock so that people could rest assured to restore their herds and gradually stabilize production.
