The online university admission application system is operating stably.

On July 10, candidates in Hai Duong began registering their university admission wishes for 2023 online on the Ministry of Education and Training's Admissions Portal or at the National Public Service Portal.

According to a survey conducted by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters in some districts of Tu Ky, Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Kinh Mon and Hai Duong City, the number of students registering is not large. Currently, high schools have not recorded any candidates having problems with either the connection or the way of filling in information. Previously, the schools had provided practical instructions on how to register for admission; all candidates had registered on the system.

To facilitate candidates, high schools have arranged computer rooms and internet access, especially for candidates who cannot register online. Schools also arrange IT staff to support students throughout the application process.

Candidates can register their admission wishes and adjust their wishes from July 10-30. This is the second year that candidates can register their university admission wishes online on the Ministry of Education and Training's exam management system http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn.

After completing the registration of wishes, from July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, candidates pay the admission fee online.

According to statistics from the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training, this year, the whole province has 21,934 candidates registered for the high school graduation exam. About 87% of candidates registered to take the exam for both graduation and university admission. The high school graduation exam scores will be announced at 8:00 a.m. on July 18.
