According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates use their previously granted personal accounts to register their wishes, make adjustments, pay fees, etc. on the system. After the practice period, all data will be deleted.

From July 10 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, candidates will officially register and adjust their admission wishes (unlimited number of times) on the General Admission Support System. Candidates, whether they have been admitted early to schools or have been admitted based on their high school graduation exam scores, must register online to receive official results.

The new point this year is that candidates only register their wishes according to their major and study program, without having to write down a specific admission method. The Ministry of Education and Training notes that wish 1 is the most priority wish and when filtering virtually, candidates are only admitted to one wish, so candidates need to arrange the order according to their wishes.

According to the admission schedule, universities will notify candidates of the admission results early so that they can register for admission on the System, no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 8.

On July 25, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the threshold for ensuring the quality of input for the health sector and teacher training sector. From July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, candidates will pay the admission fee online.

From August 12 to August 20, the Ministry of Education and Training and schools will begin the admission process and process applications, thereby determining the highest application for candidates eligible for admission.

From 5:00 p.m. on August 22, schools will announce the benchmark scores and list of candidates admitted in the first round, and from 5:00 p.m. on September 6, candidates will confirm their admission online on the Ministry's system.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Education and Training, of the more than 1 million candidates taking the high school graduation exam this year, 89.52% of candidates registered to take the exam both for graduation and for admission to universities and colleges. The results of the 2023 high school graduation exam will be announced simultaneously by localities at 8:00 a.m. on July 18.
