Two candidates from Hanoi have just won the 5th National English Olympiad for Students in 2023 in two categories for students.

On the afternoon of December 28, the final round of the 5th National English Olympiad for Students and Students in 2023 took place.
The contest is organized by the Central Youth Union, the Central Vietnam Student Association in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
The contest aims to create an environment for students to cultivate and practice English, especially communication English, helping students improve their integration skills. Candidates completed more than 1.4 million tests with a total of over 35 million questions answered.
"The statistics are much higher than previous events. This is a positive signal showing strong support for the English training movement among all students, contributing to the country's international integration," said Ms. Nguyen.
At the end of the online round, the 10 best contestants of the student category and the 10 contestants of the student category will compete in the national final round of the 5th National English Olympiad for Students in 2023.
