Smart-HaiDuong application was developed by the Department of Information and Communications, and is an application exclusively for Hai Duong residents. The application integrates many essential utilities such as: Updating the latest news on politics, economics, society, culture... in Hai Duong; providing online public services; helping people discover locations and information in Hai Duong; looking up information on the fields of health, education, and transportation; registering to participate in volunteer activities, blood donation, organ donation; calling a taxi, booking bus tickets, booking airline tickets, booking hotel rooms...
The application will be officially launched on Hai Duong Province Digital Transformation Day, March 26, 2024.
