Earlier, on the same morning, Market Management Team No. 3 coordinated with the Traffic Police Team of Gia Loc District Police to inspect the 18C-150.15 truck driven by Mr. Nguyen Van Lac in Rang Dong town, Nghia Hung district (Nam Dinh), which was traveling in Gia Loc district.
Upon inspection, the car was found to be transporting 3 tons of pig skin of unknown origin. During the investigation, Mr. Lac confessed to buying the above goods from a subject to sell to farm owners as raw materials for processing animal feed.
