Hai Duong is one of the localities that completed the early integration of the Public Service Portal and the Electronic One-Stop System.
According to the report on the results of administrative procedure reform of the Provincial People's Committee, by early June 2024, Hai Duong province had completed the merger of the Public Service Portal and the Electronic One-Stop System into the Administrative Procedure Information System. Hai Duong is one of the localities that completed this merger earlier than the whole country.
The integration of the Public Service Portal and the Electronic One-Stop System of localities helps officials and civil servants process administrative procedure files conveniently; minimizing slow and late processing.
Up to now, the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system is providing 1,913 public services, including 546 full-process online public services; 932 partial online public services and 525 online public services. Hai Duong has completed the deployment of 43/53 essential public services; over 96% of the administrative procedure settlement information system has been connected to the system for monitoring and measuring the level of service provision and use (EMC system)...
In 2023, Hai Duong province's online public service portal will reach level A, ranking 4th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
