According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, up to now, Hai Duong has completed connecting the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system with 6 information systems of ministries including: Business registration; foreign investment registration (Ministry of Planning and Investment); issuance and renewal of driving licenses; issuance and renewal of transport business licenses, signs, badges (Ministry of Transport); issuance of budget codes (Ministry of Finance) and issuance of medical practice licenses (Ministry of Health).
