From September 23, the Department of Justice has piloted the service of certifying electronic copies from originals in 9 districts and cities, including: Gia Loc, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Kim Thanh, Thanh Ha, Nam Sach, Tu Ky, Binh Giang and Hai Duong City.
Previously, the pilot implementation of the service of certifying electronic copies from originals on the Hai Duong Provincial Public Service Portal was implemented from December 4, 2023, in Chi Linh City, Kinh Mon Town and Cam Giang District. Nearly 40,000 records were certified.
The implementation of electronic copy certification from the original on the Provincial Public Service Portal has brought about practical results such as: facilitating staff when receiving documents (no need to enter documents on 2 different systems), electronic results are stored in personal and organizational data warehouses; integrating and sharing with the National Public Service Portal, ready for reusing certified documents in performing administrative procedures.
