After being reviewed and simplified, administrative procedures have shortened processing time.
Since the beginning of the year, the Hai Duong Department of Justice has reviewed and simplified 66 administrative procedures within the scope and management functions of the department. Of these, 6 procedures are in the field of State compensation, 34 procedures are in the field of civil status, 14 procedures are in the field of lawyers and 12 procedures are in the field of legal aid.
After being reviewed and simplified, administrative procedures have shortened processing time (on average, 2-3 days/administrative procedure is reduced compared to regulations).
Currently, the Hai Duong Department of Justice has 120 administrative procedures under its management and resolution functions. From the beginning of 2023 to September 25, the department and its affiliated public service units have received 26,343 administrative procedure files, of which 24,891 files (accounting for 94.5%) have been resolved, with no overdue files.
