Hai Duong expands the subjects eligible for admission to university-level law training paid for by the budget

The Organizing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee in coordination with Hanoi Law University is enrolling students for the second class of 2024, majoring in general law (2nd degree).

The training subjects are leaders and managers at all levels and specialists of Party agencies, departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, provincial and district-level mass organizations; department heads, deputy department heads and equivalents for provincial-level public service units and state-owned enterprises. Regarding age, for leaders and managers at all levels, men must be 50 years old or younger, women must be 48 years old or younger (for comrades from deputy department heads and equivalents, men must not be over 52 years old, women must not be over 50 years old); other subjects must be under 45 years old.

The training enrollment is carried out according to Project No. 02-DA/TU dated August 15, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee on "Building a team of leaders and managers at all levels, especially leaders with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige to meet the development requirements in the period 2021-2030". Compared to the first class opening in September 2023, the subjects eligible for enrollment in 2024 are expanded to specialists from Party agencies, departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and provincial and district-level mass organizations.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee requests that Party Secretaries, Chairmen of District People's Committees, heads of provincial departments, branches and sectors assign the staff agency on personnel organization to review the team of cadres and civil servants according to the above subjects, compare the professional qualifications of the current diplomas that are not suitable for the requirements of the job position and orient the arrangement of cadres to unify sending them to study, without limiting the number of people sent to study.

Candidates for admission must submit their application to the Department of Policy and Personnel Training, Provincial Party Committee Organization Board. The application period is from March 10 to 30, 2024.
