According to the Department of Home Affairs of Hai Duong province, this year, state administrative agencies; agencies of the Party, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province will recruit 48 civil servants. The exam is scheduled for early October 2024.
Of which, state administrative agencies have 27 targets; Party agencies, Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have 21 targets.
This is the first year Hai Duong has organized a recruitment exam for both state administrative agencies and the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to save costs and time.
Candidates participating in the recruitment will take 2 rounds of exams. Round 1, multiple choice test on computer. Round 2, exam on specialized professional subjects. Round 1 exam is expected to be held on October 6, 2024; Round 2 will be completed before October 8, 2024.
The civil servant recruitment exam aims to supplement qualified human resources according to job positions for agencies, units, and localities that have insufficient quotas compared to the assigned payroll in 2024 to meet the requirements of the tasks of agencies, units, and localities.
