The housing development program of Hai Duong province for the period 2022 - 2030, with a vision to 2045, was approved by the Provincial People's Council with adjustments compared to the program approved in early 2022.
On the morning of May 30, the 22nd Session (special session) passed a resolution to adjust the Provincial Housing Development Program for the 2022-2030 period, with a vision to 2045.
According to the approved adjustment plan, Hai Duong's population by 2025 is expected to be 2.207 million people, with an average housing area of 31.1 m2/floor/person. By 2030, the population is expected to be 2.551 million people, with an average housing area of 35.5 m2/floor/person; nThe rate of solid and semi-solid houses reached 99.91%, while the rate of unsolid and simple houses decreased to 0.09%.
The expected additional residential land area by 2030 is about 1,522 hectares (including key projects). The total capital demand for housing development in the period 2022 - 2030 is 322,239 billion VND. The period 2022 - 2025 accounts for about 127,620 billion VND, the period 2026 - 2030 accounts for about 204,619 billion VND.
The housing development program of Hai Duong province for the period 2022-2030, with a vision to 2045, was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in January 2022. However, to date, some of the criteria used as a basis for construction are no longer suitable.
In particular, the allocated area of rice fields and residential land has decreased significantly compared to the plan. Through review, the expected residential land area to be developed in the approved program in some localities is not consistent with the land allocation target for the period 2021-2030. The residential land area to be developed in the program in Hai Duong city, Chi Linh city, Thanh Ha, Tu Ky, Thanh Mien, Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Nam Sach districts exceeds the allocation target.
