At the 22nd Session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council will consider and approve the 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the expansion of Dai An Industrial Park.
According to the report of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee on the proposal to approve the zoning plan for the construction of Dai An Industrial Park expansion, scale 1/2000, the land for planning research is located in Tu Minh ward (Hai Duong city) and Lai Cach town, Cam Doai and Cam Dong communes (Cam Giang).
The total planned area of the industrial park is about 416.21 hectares (not including the 33m road between the two phases of the industrial park).
The planning of Dai An Industrial Park expansion includes 2 sub-zones in 2 phases. The land area ratios for traffic, trees, technical infrastructure, administrative land, commercial services, and trade union facilities serving workers in the industrial park all account for at least 10%.
The priority investment project portfolio includes: Completing the technical infrastructure system of the industrial park phase 2 including (leveling, traffic, water supply and drainage system and wastewater treatment, power supply, communication, fire prevention and fighting, trees...); attracting and calling for secondary investors to implement industrial and commercial production projects...
